Q: Do I need an FOID Card to take the class?

No. You can apply for it at the same time you apply for your concealed carry license.
Q: Can I bring my own gun and ammo to the range?
A:
Yes.
Q: What are the costs involved in obtaining my license?
A:
$175 - includes training, gun rental, ammo, eye and ear protection, range fee, and targets.
$153 - after you complete training, you are responsible for submitting a concealed carry license application to the State of Illinois.
Q: Can I replace my certificate?
A:
Yes. First replacement is free, then $25.00 thereafter.
